Nicole Cox, FNP-C.

Meet Nicole. She is the owner of The Aesthetic Company. With over 7 years of experience, she is a skilled Nurse Practitioner trained in botox, lasers, fillers, and more. Nicole’s nursing career began in emergency medicine but shifted to aesthetic medicine in 2018. Nicole decided to pursue a career in aesthetics while also returning back to school in 2022 to further her education so she could combine her passion for skincare, science, and bringing joy to people’s faces. Nicole earned her Master of Science in nursing from King University in 2024, graduating at the top of her class. She is highly knowledgeable and always strives to learn more about advanced aesthetics and emerging new modalities and treatments. She has extensive training in dermal fillers, neurotoxin injections, microneedling, PRP injections, Sculptra, and multiple laser applications. Nicole offers a wide variety of treatments geared toward a diverse client base. She prides herself on being a conservative provider to clients with natural-appearing outcomes. Her approach with clients is simple yet effective. She takes the time to listen to every concern, creates a tailored plan, and spends time to educate. Her goal is to make every person who sits in her chair leave feeling glowing, natural and refreshed.

Clyde Mathison, MD

The Aesthetic Company is incredibly fortunate to have oversight by Dr. Clyde Mathison, East Tennessee's only Board Certified, Fellowship Trained Facial Plastic Surgeon. In case of the rare, but nevertheless possible side effects that can occur with aesthetic procedures, we have the very best care waiting for you at our fingertips.

Dr. Mathison is a skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon who graduated magna cum laude from UT, and did his medical training at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He went on to complete his residency in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery at the esteemed Emory University. After finishing residency, he was one of 37 surgeons in the country accepted into a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship. He completed advanced plastic surgery training, focusing solely on the face, under the world-renowned teachings of Dis. J. Regan Thomas and dean Toriumi at the University of Chicago.

Maddy Dyar Rastovic, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Meet Maddy! Maddy is a board certified physician assistant. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2020 with a biology and psychology degree, and went on to get her Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies through South College in Knoxville, TN in 2022. She worked in internal medicine/primary care for 3 years before beginning her journey into aesthetics in 2025. Maddy has always had a passion for aesthetics, as this combines her creative side with her love for medicine. She thrives on making her patients feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin by enchanting their natural features.

Outside of the office, you’ll likely find Maddy playing outside with her pup Zeppelin, starting a new home improvement project, or rooting for Alabama football. She is also an avid traveler with her husband and has explored 12 different countries—and counting!

Keela Whitt, LMA

Keela is a Licensed Aesthetician with 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She provides advanced techniques in several aesthetic procedures such as microneedling, medical grade chemical peels, dermal infusion treatments, photorejuvention (IPL), laser treatments, and more! Keela enjoys the challenge of treating various skin conditions and age-related concerns. Her favorite thing about her job is developing a custom treatment plan to help each client reach their skincare goal and helping maintain healthy, youthful skin!

Sammi Stone

Front Desk Coordinator

Meet Sammi, our Office Coordinator here at The Aesthetic Company! With a Cosmetology license earned in 2015 and an Aesthetic license from 2017, Sammi brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, welcoming presence to our team and clients.

Her journey in the beauty industry has naturally evolved into an administrative role, where she believes the sense of relaxation and comfort should extend beyond the treatment room. When she’s not assisting clients and supporting our team, she loves curling up with her two adorable King Charles Cavaliers, Teddy and Charlie, or planning her next adventure with her husband. As a dedicated traveler, she’s all about making lifelong memories—and, fun fact, she's also a huge Taylor Swift fan!

Amber Owen

Office Coordinator

Amber graduated from King University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She has seven years of experience in the aesthetic industry on the administrative side for both private and corporate organizations. She most enjoys supporting day to day operations in the clinic and learning about new products and services as they evolve in the industry.

Outside of work she is a mom and wife who enjoys running and thrifting.

Misty McCray FNP-BC

Misty is an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing education at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and graduated summa cum laude in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. Her career began caring for cardiac patients on the telemetry floor of a busy hospital. She earned her Master of Science in nursing from King University in 2014, graduating at the top of her class. She has continued providing care for even the most critical patients as a Hospitalist in the Knoxville area. She has always had a strong desire to help people feel their very best, and this led to seeking out supplemental education specifically in the areas of medically assisted weight loss, men's and women's hormone replacement, WAVE therapy for muscle/joint pain, cellulite, and erectile dysfunction, IV therapy, and peptide therapy. She has continued learning advanced skills in these areas and has several years of experience treating both men and women to help them achieve their goals. This has truly become a passion, and with over 2 decades of experience caring for patients with complex medical issues, she fully understands how imbalances in one body system affect the functionality of other body systems. She prides herself in providing an individualized plan of care designed to meet the patient's own unique needs, not a cookie-cutter plan that uses a one size fits all approach. Behind the scenes and occasionally in front of the camera, this is our marketing director, Elizabeth. In 2016 she began her profession in marketing, growing small local businesses on social media by building brand recognition. Through her creativity and inventiveness, she has contributed to the success of numerous local enterprises. During one of her most recent projects she built a brand on Tiktok to over 600k followers with multiple videos generating over 10 million views each.

We are delighted for her to be a part of our team utilizing her talents to convey The Aesthetic Company’s message. While being creative for The Aesthetic Company, she also takes on other ventures and enjoys being involved with events around town as well. In Elizabeth’s free time she enjoys painting beautiful pieces of art, getting out in nature, being with her family and friends, and being around any cats. Elizabeth said, quote - “tell the world how much I love cats .”
